Commuter Express 423 (AM & PM trips) will add the following stops starting June 1, 2026.

  • Dorothy Rd. & Cheesbro Rd. (#8393) to Downtown Los Angeles/USC
  • Cheesbro Rd. & Dorothy Rd. (#8392) to Encino Park & Ride, Calabasas, & Thousand Oaks
