IOS 11.3 Compatibility Issue
LA Mobile is not currently compatible on iOS 11.3 causing the following issues: tickets and passes are not displaying there is no functionality when adding a new credit card or using Pay Pal to purchase new fare product.
LADOT Transit recommends that riders who have updated their iPhones to the 11.3 operating system use an alternative method of fare payment until this problem is resolved. iPhone users who have not updated to iOS 11.3 can continue to use LA Mobile.
