LADOT TRANSIT COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
- All drivers have been issued and are required to wear masks
- Passengers are required to wear masks covering their nose and mouth while riding LADOT Transit vehicles
- No seating is allowed immediately behind the driver
- Buses are deep cleaned every night
- The number of passengers allowed on a bus has been limited
- Boarding for all DASH routes is from the rear door only
We will continue to monitor guidance issued by the CDC, State of California, and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.
WHAT YOU CAN DO TO PROTECT YOURSELF
- Wear the required face covering over your nose and mouth when riding transit
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth
- Wash your hands as frequently as you can for 20 seconds or more with soap and water
- Carry a hand sanitizer or sanitizing cloths
- Stay home if you are sick
DASH, COMMUTER EXPRESS & CITYRIDE SERVICES TEMPORARILY AFFECTED
Along with many services across our City, the recent surge in COVID-19 cases has affected LADOT Transit service contractors, causing staffing challenges for meeting our service standards. While we are doing everything possible to maintain our service levels and goals, there may be unforeseen delays as we move through this challenging period.

CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER COUNTER CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
LADOT Transit regrets to inform all our walk-in customers that the rapidly changing situation with the Coronavirus/COVID 19 necessitates closing our counter to the public until further notice beginning Monday, March 23, 2020.
We realize this temporary closure may be inconvenient for you and we apologize. While we are temporarily closed, you may still add value to your existing TAP card at taptogo.net. If you are purchasing a new TAP card, you may visit our website at ladottransit.com.

Due to the impacts from the Coronavirus/COVID 19 pandemic, DASH bus services will be temporarily limited beginning April 2, 2020 until further notice. Service modifications are listed below.
Service Operating Mon–Fri 7 AM to 6 PM/Sat & Sun 9 AM to 5 PM
Suspended services:
DASH Observatory/Los Feliz portion of the route serving Griffith Observatory is suspended; the Los Feliz portion of the route will continue to operate under the limited hours listed above.

We will continue to closely monitor all CDC guidelines that may apply to our services. Please check our website at ladottransit.com for any new developments that may occur. Remember, these service adjustments are temporary and can be adjusted as the situation evolves.
COMMUTER EXPRESS SERVICES ARE TEMPORARILY REDUCED EFFECTIVE THURSDAY, APRIL 2, 2020

ALL DASH BUS SERVICES ARE FREE EFFECTIVE MONDAY, MARCH 23, 2020
DASH bus services will be free to all riders effective Monday, March 23, 2020 until further notice.
To help our riders and drivers practice social distancing, all BOARDING WILL BE FROM THE REAR DOOR OF THE BUS ONLY.
OBSERVATORY BUILDING CLOSURE
Parkline Shuttle Route Closure Friday, March 13, 2020 until further notice
Beginning Friday, March 13, 2020, the Griffith Observatory building will be closed.
The Griffith Parkline Shuttle will suspend service until further notice.
Service for DASH Observatory/Los Feliz will continue to operate its regular schedule.
